REPUBLIKA SRPSKA

BANJALUKA - Republika Srpska Prime Minister Zeljka Cvijanovic will attend a central event in Orasac tomorrow marking the Statehood Day of Serbia - Candlemas.

BANJALUKA - SDS Leader Vukota Govedarica stated during the talks held with French Ambassador to BiH, Guillaume Rousson, that it is necessary to create an environment in which citizens have a future and would stop the departure of the young and educated people from Republika Srpska and BiH.

BROD – The Soldiers’ Day of the defensive-patriotic war and 214 years since the First Serbian Uprising have been marked this evening in Brod by showing the film "Spomenko Stands Eternal Guard" by Mileta Savic and reciting patriotic poetry.

BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA

SARAJEVO - Serb BiH Presidency member Mladen Ivanic has assessed that Serbian Ambassador to BiH, Stanimir Vukicevic, significantly improved relations between BiH and Serbia, as well as Republika Srpska and Serbia.

BRCKO – Brcko District Mayor Sinisa Milic met today in Sofia with BiH Ambassador to Bulgaria, Radomir Bogdanovic, to discuss the opportunities the presidency of this EU country provides to the countries of the Western Balkans on the path to joining the Union.

FEDERATION OF BiH

SARAJEVO – President of Federation of BiH /FBiH/, Marinko Chavara, held talks today in Sarajevo with FBiH Prime Minister Fadil Novalic and his deputies Jelka Milicevic and Vesko Drljaca on the possibilities of overcoming the crisis in the FBiH Government and finding solutions to the problems for which the partners propose different ways of overcoming them.

SARAJEVO - SDA Leader Bakir Izetbegovic has said that the SDA Presidency condemns the anti-Bosniak campaign led by certain political stakeholders in BiH and the region and says that "Bosniaks will never give up their civilization achievements".

SERBIA

BELGRADE - Head of the Serbian Government's Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Marko Djuric, has stated that the murder of Oliver Ivanovic, the leader of "Freedom, Democracy, Justice" Civic Initiative, must be solved and discussed within the Brussels Dialogue.

KOSOVO MITROVICA - President of the Basic Court Kosovska Mitrovica, Nikola Kabasic, has resigned from this position, the Serb List told SRNA.

PRISTINA - Montenegrin Prime Minister Dusko Markovic said tonight in Pristina that there are some unresolved issues between / the self-proclaimed / Kosovo and Montenegro that will be solved in the coming period, adding that economic projects and the Memorandum of Economic Cooperation signed today will be top priorities.

BRUSSELS - Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic has said that Croatia has no intention of going easy on Serbia just because something is nicely written in the EU Strategy for the Western Balkans. /end/vos
