NO SURVIVAL OF SERBS IN THE FBiH WITHOUT SUPPORT OF SRPSKA AND SERBIA

DRVAR, September 11 /SRNA/ - Head of the Association of Residents Expelled from Drvar Municipality, Mile Marčeta, told SRNA that the Serbs in the Federation of BiH are immensely grateful for Republika Srpska and Serbia’s support, as there is no survival of Serbs in the place of their birth without that help.

Marčeta stated that the broader international community should be aware of it.

"Fortunately, the Serb returnees in FBiH are receiving multiple assistance from Serbia and Republika Srpska, to which we are immensely grateful," said Marčeta, who is also the chairman of the Coordination Board of the Association of Refugees and Displaced Persons of BiH.

He stressed that Serbs in the Livno Canton are still upset over provocations by Croat extremists, even though the HDZ Cantonal Committee Livno has abandoned the idea of the celebration of the so-called Liberation of Drvar.

Marčeta says that the Association of Residents Expelled from Drvar Municipality strongly condemns the pro-Ustasha provocations and war rhetoric that does not end even 24 years after the signing of the Dayton Peace Agreement.

He pointed out that in Canton 10, particularly in Drvar, the wounds and great sadness in the memory of 62 killed residents of this municipality have not yet healed.

"Bestial criminals raped and massacred Danica Jovičić. The Trninić couple was set on fire in the family house, as well as Marčeta couple, while the family members of Morača, Kecman, Damjanović, Djaković, Knežević, Perkić and others were killed after their return to their homes,” Marčeta said. /end/vos
