ŠAMAC, SEPTEMBER 21 /SRNA/ - Envoy of the Republika Srpska President, Slobodan Župljanin and Šamac Mayor Đorđe Miličević presented Monday 68 posthumous decorations - Medal of Merit for the People, to the families of the fallen Republika Srpska Army members of this local community.

DOBOJ, SEPTEMBER 21 /SRNA/ - His Eminence Bishop Fotije of Zvornik-Tuzla served a memorial service at the memorial to the youngest fallen Republika Srpska Army member, Spomenko Gostić, in Doboj for all who gave their lives for the defence of Srpska and said "God's justice is eternal".

KOZARSKA DUBICA, SEPTEMBER 21 /SRNA/ - Today marked the 29th anniversary of the formation of the 11th Infantry Brigade of the Republika Srpska Army, decorated with the Order of Karađorđe's Star, by serving memorial service for the soldiers fallen in the defensive-patriotic war in the Memorial Church of St. Petka in Kozarska Dubica.

BIJELJINA, SEPTEMBER 21 /SRNA/ - A memorial service was held Monday in Panjik, near Priboj, for the heroes of Republika Srpska defence who were members of the elite war unit "Guard Panthers" who were killed repelling the enemy offensive on Mount Majevica in 1992.

BANJALUKA, SEPTEMBER 21 /SRNA/ - Minister of Spatial Planning, Construction and Ecology of Republika Srpska, Srebrenka Golić, presented Monday the projects done by this ministry to the Head of the Office of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development /EBRD/ in BiH, Manuela Naessl, emphasizing that the cooperation in the field of energy efficiency gave good results so far.

BANJALUKA, SEPTEMBER 21 /SRNA/ - According to the portal Banjaluka.net, director of RTV BiH Belmin Karamehmedović, editor Amarildo Gutić and journalist Svjetlana Vučetić were convicted on August 28, 2018 as they broadcasted Duško Vagurić's 2011 statements in the political magazine "Crta", in which he presented false claims about the role of the Boksit Company CEO Rajko Dukić and Republika Srpska Prime Minister Radovan Višković in the alleged hiding of war crimes.

SARAJEVO, SEPTEMBER 21 /SRNA/ - In the absence of quality and concrete programmes, the opposition in Republika Srpska is trying in various ways to attract public attention, among other things, by making incorrect claims against the authorities and representatives of Republika Srpska at the level of BiH institutions, Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations in the Council of Ministers Staša Košarac told SRNA.

SARAJEVO, SEPTEMBER 21 /SRNA/ - Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Council of Ministers Bisera Turković warned in her address at the 64th General Assembly of the International Atomic Energy Agency /IAEA/ in Vienna that the proposed site for nuclear waste landfill on Trgovska Gora in Croatia, nearby border with BiH, poses a direct threat to local communities in the Una River Basin, which number a total of 300,000 inhabitants.
