BANJALUKA, NOVEMBER 13 /SRNA/ - Speaker of the Srpska National Assembly Nedeljko Čubrilović told Srna that views of the Peace Implementation Council /PIC/ are unacceptable for Srpska for several reasons, one being that certain PIC members dare to decide and make judgments on behalf and instead of the legal authorities in BiH, while allegedly advocating the BiH sovereignty.

BANJALUKA, NOVEMBER 13 /SRNA/ - At a meeting with newly-appointed Ambassador of Sweden to BiH Johanna Stromquist, Republika Srpska President Željka Cvijanović stressed that the blockade of the formation of authorities prevented BiH from progressing on the European path.

BANJALUKA, NOVEMBER 13 /SRNA/ - At a meeting with Head of the IMF Mission to BiH Martin Petri, Republika Srpska Prime Minister Radovan Višković has said that Srpska is stable both financially and fiscally, even though the budget and many reform activities and the implementation of important infrastructure projects have been halted due to the failure to form the Council of Ministers.

BANJALUKA, NOVEMBER 13 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska Prime Minister Radovan Višković claims that the Government is continuing negotiations on granting a concession to a Chinese company for the construction of the Doboj-Vukosavlje-Brčko motorway and that its offer must be valid legally and technically.

BANJALUKA, NOVEMBER 13 /SRNA/ - Members of the Republika Srpska Socio-Economic Council failed to reach an agreement on the lowest wage in Republika Srpska for the year 2020, and negotiations will resume in 15 days, announced the Republika Srpska Federation of Labor.

SARAJEVO, NOVEMBER 13 /SRNA/ - Caretaker BiH Minister for Human Rights and Refugees Semiha Borovac said today in Geneva that 24 years after the war in BiH, there are examples of inequality and discrimination against the constituent peoples and other citizens.

SARAJEVO, NOVEMBER 13 /SRNA/ - Deputy Speaker of the BiH House of Peoples Nikola Špirić and Ambassador of Montenegro to BiH Obrad Mišo Stanišić today pointed out that the continuation of cooperation, particularly in the fields of infrastructure, energy, tourism, education, and science, would be of great importance for citizens of two neighboring and friendly countries.

BOSANSKI PETROVAC, NOVEMBER 13 /SRNA/ - Boško Romić, a resident of the village of Lipa near Bosanski Petrovac, told SRNA that Serbs want to return to this and other Serb villages in that area, but at the same time ask for migrants not to be relocated from Bihać to Lipa.

BELGRADE, NOVEMBER 13 /SRNA/ - Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dačić said that hysteria, which is present in Croatia due to a possible participation of Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić at a meeting of the European People’s Party /EPP/ in Zagreb, is the consequence of general anti-Serbian atmosphere in that country and pointed out that hysteria is a problem for neither Vučić nor Serbia, but for Zagreb.

BELGRADE, NOVEMBER 13 /SRNA/ - Serbian Defense Minister Aleksandar Vulin and Ambassador of Russia to BiH Alexander Botsan-Kharchenko agreed today that cooperation in defense is important for both countries.
