SDA GOVERNS THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF BiH

BANJALUKA, FEBRUARY, 22 /SRNA/ - President of the Association of Women Victims of War of Republika Srpska Božica Živković Rajilić has said that the conclusion of the SDA Presidency that it would not accept the request to change the structure of the BiH Constitutional Court is another evidence that the SDA is ruling this court.

Rajilić told SRNA that the BiH Constitutional Court is not a constitutional court because it is not a constitutional category, but that it is directly influenced by the SDA.

She believes that the conclusion of the SDA says that those in the Constitutional Court have deep roots and that through that court they manage and implement its policy to complete in peace what they have not finished in the war.

Commenting on the statement by US Deputy Assistant Secretary in the Bureau of Europe and Eurasia Affairs Matthew Palmer has said that everyone in Banja Luka, Republika Srpska, who takes the position taken by the Serb member of the BiH Presidency Milorad Dodik, must understand the risks it carries and the damage they do to the future European perspective of BiH, Rajilić said that what Palamer is talking about does not exist in any law or country, so the question is why the Republika Srpska and BiH should adhere to it.

"Palmer is wasting words. The easiest way is to come from the world, so what would never be possible in his country seeks to work in BiH. I do not count international representatives in any serious world, they are all worldly travelers who came here to make big money, they represent some importance, and in their countries they represent nothing", Rajilić said. /end/bo
