BANJALUKA, APRIL 3 /SRNA/ - The Republika Srpska HQ for Emergency Situations has banned citizens from moving outside their places of residence from Saturday at noon until Sunday at 18:00, Republika Srpska Deputy Prime Minister Anton Kasipović said.

BANJALUKA, APRIL 3 /SRNA/ - In the past 24 hours, three persons in Republika Srpska violated home isolation orders issued because of the coronavirus outbreak.

ŠAMAC, APRIL 3 /SRNA/ - The HQ for Emergency Situations of Šamac Municipality said after a meeting that not a single case of coronavirus infection had been registered in the area of the municipality, and that 16 persons are under medical control.


SOKOLAC, APRIL 3 /SRNA/ - The Junior Company from Sokolac today donated ten packages of basic foodstuffs to elderly persons in remote villages in this municipality, the local volunteer center told Srna.

SARAJEVO, APRIL 3 /SRNA/ - The Association of Employers of the FBiH says that measures in support of the economy contained in the proposed bill on mitigating adverse economic effects represent a progress compared to earlier measures, but are still not sufficient particularly when compared with measures announced by the Republika Srpska Government and measures adopted by the countries of the region.

BELGRADE, APRIL 3 /SRNA/ - In the past 24 hours, eight persons died in Serbia from the coronavirus infection, which is the greatest number of fatalities in one day to date, said Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabić.

BELGRADE, APRIL 3 /SRNA/ - The EU will donate to Serbia another 4.9 million Euros for the purchase of medical equipment to help it cope with the coronavirus outbreak.
