BANJALUKA, SEPTEMBER 23 /SRNA/ - The Bill on protection of the right to trial within a reasonable time, reviewed by the Republika Srpska Parliament, regulates the protection of this right, as well as the right to fair compensation due to its violation in court proceedings. The head of the SDS Caucus, Miladin Stanić, said in the Republika Srpska National Assembly that the law on the protection of the right to a trial within a reasonable time would not improve and speed up the resolution of court cases.
