BANJALUKA, SEPTEMBER 23 /SRNA/ - The Bill on protection of the right to trial within a reasonable time, reviewed by the Republika Srpska Parliament, regulates the protection of this right, as well as the right to fair compensation due to its violation in court proceedings. The head of the SDS Caucus, Miladin Stanić, said in the Republika Srpska National Assembly that the law on the protection of the right to a trial within a reasonable time would not improve and speed up the resolution of court cases.

SARAJEVO, SEPTEMBER 23 /SRNA/ - The UN Office on Drugs and Crime /UNODC/ will start extensive activities in the fight against corruption in the region, and will work with the Regional Anti-Corruption Initiative based in BiH, said the executive director of this UN office, Ghada Waly, during a meeting in Vienna with Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Council of Ministers, Bisera Turković.
