SARAJEVO, FEBRUARY 25 /SRNA/ - The deputies of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly did not support the proposal to dismiss from the duty the Minister of Justice in the Council of Ministers Josip Grubeša.


14 deputies voted for this initiative of the group of deputies for the reconstruction of the Council of Ministers by dismissing the Minister of Justice, 17 were against, while one deputy abstained.

It is an initiative signed by 16 deputies based on the conclusion of the Temporary Commission of Inquiry of the House of Representatives for determining the situation in BiH judicial institutions from February 2, which demands Grubeša's dismissing due to poorly performing and refusal to cooperate with this Commission.

The initiative was signed by Zlatan Begić, Mira Pekić, Zukan Helez, Branislav Borenović, Damir Arnaut, Dragan Mektić, Nada Mladina, Nermin Nikšić, Vlatko Glavaš, Predrag Kojović, Aida Baručija, Saša Magazinović, DŽenan Đonlagić, Enver Bijedić, Nenad Nešić and Mirjana Marinković Lepić.
