BANJALUKA, NOVEMBER 12 /SRNA/ - The Republika Srpska National Assembly has adopted Information on unconstitutional transformation of BiH's Dayton structure and impact on Republika Srpska's position and rights, stating that Republika Srpska institutions are under an obligation to insist on consistent implementation of the Dayton Peace Agreement, especially Annex Four - of the Constitution of BiH. This morning, the deputies adopted the ruling majority's conclusions stressing that the National Assembly rejects all acts that are unconstitutional and not in accordance with the General Framework Agreement for Peace in BiH. The National Assembly will continue to act in accordance with the basic constitutional principle according to which BiH was created by the Dayton Accords and is composed of two entities, Republika Srpska and the Federation of BiH / FBiH /.

BANJALUKA, NOVEMBER 12 /SRNA/ - The SP deputy at the Republika Srpska National Assembly, Goran Selak, told SRNA today that the dissolution of the Dayton Peace Agreement, Bonn powers and politics aimed at abolishing Srpska are constantly in operation, so the government representatives are under an obligation to make decisions on these issues that are in the best interests of the citizens. BELGRADE, NOVEMBER 12 /SRNA/ - Political analyst Dragomir Anđelković told SRNA today that the National Assembly of Republika Srpska has acted correctly by adopting the Information on unconstitutional transformation of Dayton-based BiH, as something that results from violence and neo-colonial politics must not gain legitimacy and become a constant. "It is important for Republika Srpska to insist on the original Dayton Peace Agreement and not to do anything that threatens it. But if pressures continue on Srpska, it must be ready to fight consistently for the rights of the Serb people and for its interests to be protected," Anđelković believes.

SARAJEVO, NOVEMBER 12 /SRNA/ - Chair of the SNSD Caucus in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly Staša Košarac says the adoption of amendments to the Rules of Procedure, required by the SDS and PDP deputies, would irreversibly destroy the constitutional position of the Republika Srpska representatives in the joint institutions of BiH. Košarac stressed that he strongly supports all the conclusions adopted earlier this morning by the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, in particular the one obliging the Republika Srpska representatives in the BiH Presidency, both houses of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly and the Council of Ministers not to participate in the adoption of amendments to the Rules of Procedure and other acts in manner that will decrease the number of envisaged Serb votes and votes from Republika Srpska for decision-making process within their jurisdiction.

TREBINJE, NOVEMBER 12 /SRNA/ - The Trebinje Police Administration today submitted to the Prosecutor's Office of BiH a supplement to the report on the crime committed against Zulfikar Ališpago and Nezim Halilović, with the aim of documenting war crimes committed in the Konjic municipality in 1992 and 1993 against Serb and Croat civilians, the Administration conformed to SRNA.
