BELGRADE, MARCH 19 /SRNA/ - Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić said this evening that
despite the closing of border crossings for passenger traffic, Serbia would accept patients with the most severe coronavirus infections from Republika Srpska and that it would export flour to Srpska/BiH as well.

BANJALUKA, MARCH 19 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska Minister of Health and Social Welfare Alen Šeranić has said that 50 samples were tested today for the coronavirus at the Republika Srpska University Clinical Center and that 16 tested positive.

BANJALUKA, MARCH 19 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska Finance Minister Zora Vidović said today that all obligations from the republic budget would be regularly paid by the end of the year.

BANJALUKA, MARCH 19 /SRNA/ - Minister of Administration and Local Self-Government of Republika Srpska Lejla Rešić has said that utility inspectors checked 2,888 persons in home isolation by 13:30 and determined that 25 did not abide by the order which is why they were fined.

SARAJEVO, MARCH /SRNA/ - Deputy Defense Minister in the Council of Ministers Mirko Okolić has told Srna that tents for 200 people arriving from abroad have been put up in Gradiška and that he expects that all eight border check-points will be completed soon.

BANJALUKA, MARCH 19 /SRNA/ - Serb BiH Presidency member Milorad Dodik spoke this evening by phone with Turkish President Tayyip Recep Erdogan about the current situation caused by the coronavirus pandemic facing BiH, Turkey, and the whole world.

SARAJEVO, MARCH 19 /SRNA/ - Justice Minister in the Council of Ministers Josip Grubeša told Srna today that the newly-built prison in Vojkovići could not be used for accommodation of people infected with the coronavirus for security reasons.

SARAJEVO, MARCH 19 /SRNA/ - The Advisory Board of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly called on the Council of Ministers to adopt measures which will preserve economic activities and help protect business entities hit by adverse effects of the coronavirus outbreak.

SARAJEVO, MARCH 19 /SRNA/ - The FBiH will this year borrow BAM 1.167 billion, of which amount BAM 667.21 million is planned as foreign borrowing and BAM 500 million as domestic borrowing.

SARAJEVO, MARCH 19 /SRNA/ - Director of the Federal Inspection Administration Anis Ajdinović has said that according to information available so far, federal sanitary inspectors at border crossings issued 8,431 orders on medical supervision, namely, on 14-day isolation.

BELGRADE, MARCH 19 /SRNA/ - Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić has said that all border crossings in Serbia will be closed for all passenger traffic due to the coronavirus pandemic.

BELGRADE, MARCH 19 /SRNA/ - Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabić has said that the Serbian Government gave instructions to the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to make lists of Serbian students studying abroad to help them in a situation when they cannot return home due to the coronavirus pandemic and interruption of communications.

BELGRADE, MARCH 19 /SRNA/ - Six new cases of coronavirus infections were confirmed in Serbia until 18:00 today, bringing a total number of infections to 103.

ROME, MARCH 19 /SRNA-Reuters/ - The death toll from the corona virus outbreak in Italy rose in the past 24 hours by 427, to 3,405, exceeding the number of deaths registered in China, said officials today.
