SCHMIDT - HISTORICAL MISTAKE THAT IMPOSED CHAOS IN BiH

Schmidt's stay in BiH is limited by the tourist duration and one day he will leave this country "with deep pockets". The institution of the President of Republika Srpska, the Government of Republika Srpska and the National Assembly of Republika Srpska are permanent constitutional categories that remain forever with their people, while Schmidt is transitory and another mistake in the history of this country.

With his tourist stay in Sarajevo, Schmidt created the biggest constitutional disturbance and caused unprecedented damage to this country, from which it will not be able to recover for years. It is even certain that they will part peacefully, because Schmidt made BiH impossible with his illegally imposed decisions. The recently expressed concern for the employees of joint institutions who come from Republika Srpska shows his sense of dishonesty, while in reality he is trying to justify his tourist stay in Sarajevo, for which he receives huge financial resources for which he is desperately fighting. The Serbs in the joint institutions are not in the service of Schmidt or the Bosniaks or anyone else, but are there to work in the interest of Republika Srpska, which as a constitutional category makes up 49 percent of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Schmidt is not here to shed crocodile tears or to give advice to people who know what to do and how to behave. In order to be noticed and survive on the Sarajevo tourist scene, Schmidt intensively produces a constitutional crisis and creates chaos by accusing all others who do not think like him, passing a law that protects and justifies all his chaos. In his arrogance and thoughtlessness, Schmidt gives advice to employees in joint institutions that nothing will happen to them if they do not "follow the ideas of some individuals". Schmidt should be reminded that "individuals" do not call for employees in joint bodies, but the institutions of Republika Srpska - the Government, the National Assembly and the President of the Republika Srpska, precisely because of the chaos imposed by the German Schmidt. It is up to the employees from Republika Srpska who work in joint institutions and bodies to decide for themselves what to do in assessing their position between the tourist Schmidt and the constitutional institutions of Republika Srpska. Schmidt went one step further, and in his "insightful" thoughts, he unequivocally insults the people of North Korea, claiming that "we don't live in North Korea where one person decides the lives of all the citizens of that country." The German tourist guide in Bosnia and Herzegovina has surpassed himself. The people of North Korea live according to the constitutional arrangement of that country, and like every other country in the world, they make sovereign decisions. But Bosnia and Herzegovina is the only country in the world that does not have sovereignty and where the illegal, self-proclaimed and vain tourist Schmidt as an individual, imposes decisions outside of all constitutional norms, demanding that things are done according to his dictates, prescribing punitive provisions if anyone opposes his illegal actions. Unfortunately, the dictates of the self-proclaimed dictator were accepted by unconstitutional judicial institutions that, implementing his wishes, judge by imposed decisions and thus show that they are outside the constitutional system. Schmidt expresses this in his contradiction by saying: "If there are different opinions, there is a procedure to consider it. You can count on the courts and those who care for the peaceful future of this country." So according to Schmidt, if you don't harmonize different opinions with him, you are going to the unconstitutional court. With this, Schmidt tries to keep his EUR 26,000 salary, to make BiH persistently constitutionally impossible.
