STEVANDIĆ: FOSTER PATRIOTISM, EDUCATE YOUNG GENERATIONS

BANJA LUKA, JULY 15 /SRNA/ – Speaker of the Republika Srpska National Assembly Nenad Stevandić has stated today that the Organization of Republika Srpska Army Senior Officers fosters the patriotic legacy and teaches younger generations about how Republika Srpska was created.

"The Organisation of RSA Senior Officers participates in the social, national, and historical sense during these difficult times and works together with us to preserve the Srpska institutions," Stevandić told the press in Banja Luka, where he attended the electoral assembly session of the Organisation. The Head of the Organisation Slobodan Župljanin emphasized that patriotism today is more important than ever. "Nation-states and peoples can only be preserved through patriotism, which is why our organisation promotes these values," Župljanin said. He noted that during today's session, new leadership would be elected, and honorary charters and awards would be presented to the most deserving members and supporters of the Organisation. Attending the Electoral Assembly are Acting Director of the Republika Srpska Research Centre on War, War Crimes and Tracing Missing Persons Viktor Nuždić, Head of the Republika Srpska Organisation of Families of Captured, Fallen Soldiers and Missing Civilians Isidora Graorac, as well as retired officers and soldiers of the Republika Srpska Army.
