SRPSKA SHOULD STOP PAYING INTO BiH BUDGET
BANJA LUKA, JULY 18 /SRNA/ – A member of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts /SANU/, Kosta Čavoški, said that the institutions, bodies, and leadership of Republika Srpska should consider no longer paying money into the BiH budget after the new decisions of the illegal Christian Schmidt, which are harmful to Srpska.
"I believe this is very important because it concerns finances," Čavoški told SRNA. He specified that Schmidt's moves are an attempt to interfere in the electoral process in BiH and to cause financial damage to Srpska, reiterating that the republican institutions should trivialize these unconstitutional decisions. "Under the BiH Constitution, Schmidt does not exist at all as a High Representative and he has no authority to make such decisions. Therefore, whatever he does in that regard is not permitted. It is nonsense according to some Bonn and other conclusions of the Peace Implementation Council," Čavoški said. Recently, Schmidt imposed a decision in the case of the Slovenian company Vijadukt, which foresees taking funds from excise revenues in the single account, from the part belonging to Srpska, as well as a decision requiring the BiH Central Bank to secure funds for new technologies in the election process.
